1. Redpath Box Rentals (“Redpath”) is and remains the sole owner of any equipment rented to the RENTER.
  2. Rental period begins on the day Redpath delivers equipment and ends on the day Redpath picks up equipment.
  3. RENTER shall be charged replacement fees for any damaged or missing rental equipment.
  4. Redpath is not held liable for any injuries or damage of any kind resulting from RENTER use of rented equipment or purchased consumables.
  5. RENTER shall be charged late fees as follows: $1 per RED Box per day; $1 per each piece of other equipment per day.
  6. In the event RENTER is unavailable (without providing prior notice) during an attempted, scheduled Redpath delivery or retrieval, RENTER shall be charged $25 per failed delivery or retrieval attempt.
  7. REFUND POLICY: If RENTER provides 48 hours or more (before time of delivery) notice of cancellation, the purchase will be fully refunded. If RENTER cancels within 48 hours of scheduled delivery, RENTER shall be refunded 85% of their purchase.
  8. Redpath reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. In the case that any modifications are made, the amended terms and conditions shall be updated on this website without delay
