Why rent a RED Box?
It’s simple, and right in the name. RED Boxes provide you with reliability, efficiency, and durability to count on when you’re moving your most important possessions. Convenient and easy to use, you also receive a free wheeled base for every 4 boxes rented, for an affordable alternative to 4 wheeled dollies.
Why not use cardboard boxes?
RED Boxes are environmentally friendly, re-usable, and we can guarantee they won’t get soggy! Cardboard becomes unreliable, and difficult to stack when you’re moving, before they end up in landfills.
Do you rent additional equipment for moving?
Our equipment is for rent only – but consumables (mattress bags, packing paper, tape, zip ties, bubble wrap, and labels) are available for purchase.
How big is a RED Box?
Interior: 24.25″ x 15.25″ x 12.75″
Exterior: 27.75″ x 18.25″ x 13.5″
Capacity: 2.75 cu. ft.

How many RED Boxes can you stack?
We recommend 4 RED Boxes per stack (on top of a wheeled base).
What if I damage a RED Box?
We understand accidents happen; but if we cannot restore our equipment to original condition, there is a replacement fee for damages against any RED Box or additional rented equipment.
Are you a moving company?
Redpath Rentals is a division of Redpath Relocations, a moving company based in Coquitlam, BC.

How do I pay?
We accept both Paypal and all major credit cards through Stripe.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes! A receipt will be sent along with your order details. If necessary, we may follow up with you prior to the delivery.
How long can I rent a RED Box for?
We currently have a maximum rental duration of 4 weeks. If you require a longer period, please contact us to see what our team can do.
Is there a pickup/delivery fee?
Pickup and delivery is absolutely free for orders of 25 RED Boxes or more. If you order fewer than 25, there is a one-time $20 delivery fee – OR you can pick them up from our facility at no additional cost.
How will my RED Boxes be delivered?
You place your order, and on the delivery date, a Redpath truck will arrive and bring your RED Boxes right to your front door.
